Founders & Providers
Dr. Gustav Lo, MD, is the Chief Medical Officer and Founder of RegenCen and Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center (CSLC) which he established in 2001 with Courtney Lo, PA. With over 30 years of experience as a physician and a passion for innovation, Dr. Lo has transformed CSLC and RegenCen into a nationally recognized medical practice focused on optimizing healthspan.
Early in his career, Dr. Lo founded Northern Michigan MedCenter, a network of primary care and urgent care centers that he operated for 30 years, during which time the centers provided care to over 1 million patients. His leadership and experience in primary care continue to inform his holistic approach to health and wellness at RegenCen/CSLC.
Driven by his passion for optimizing healthspan and lifespan, Dr. Lo founded RegenCen in 2020, a division of CSLC. At RegenCen he leads and trains a dedicated team of medical professionals in bioidentical hormone therapy, regenerative treatments for arthritis, mobility and pain like PRF injections, NAD+ therapy, and comprehensive weight loss solution. Dr. Lo remains deeply engaged in every aspect of clinical practice and deeply committed to educating and helping women through midlife and menopause. Spreading the word one community at a time, he enjoys giving lectures, empowering women and sharing clinical proof of BHRT.

Amanda, PA-C, serves as the Vice President of Operations – Clinical & Integration at CSLC & RegenCen, bringing years of specialized experience in obstetrics, gynecology and the medical spa industry to her role. With a deep commitment to maintaining exceptional standards of care, Amanda oversees clinical operations and leads our nationally recognized Sculptra and Galderma injection team, helping establish CSLC as a premiere center for aesthetic and regenerative treatments across Michigan and Florida.
Amanda leads the team overseeing regenerative treatments at RegenCen, where her passion for patient care and transformative results is evident. Andrea Dunklow, FNP-C, was Born in Traverse City, Michigan. She was raised in Ellsworth, Michigan and returned to Traverse City in 1997 after graduating high school (Ellsworth High School).
She began her career at Munson Medical Center in 2000 as a phlebotomist and transitioned quickly to the ER. EMT-B (May 2000) followed by her Paramedic License (Baker College) (Aug 2002) and then started working for NorthFlight.
She earned her Associate of Applied Science (AAS) (Dec 2004) and Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) (May 2006) both from Northwestern Michigan College (NMC), then her Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) (Dec 2009) from Ferris State University. Andrea has had an all RN career in ER as well as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE).
Andrea holds her Masters of Science of Nursing (MSN) from Graceland University (May 2014), earned while working as a nurse practitioner between the ER and Clinical Observation Unit with the final five years full-time in the ER.
She obtained certification from Aesthetic Medical Educators Training for Botox and Fillers in April of 2021 and joined our team at Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center in November 2023.
Andrea truly enjoys making every patient feel and look their best and she takes passion in navigating a personalized journey together.
Her personal strengths include multi-tasking, being adaptable and dependable while her professional strengths include being approachable, compassionate, and always being a team player. Ambyr worked alongside Dr. Gustav Lo for over a decade in primary care and urgent care prior to joining CSLC. At CSLC in Petoskey and Traverse City, Ambyr immediately puts patients at ease with her outgoing, friendly smile. Ambyr is experienced and certified in all of InMode women’s health technology, Coolsculpting, Morpheus8 and laser hair removal. She also assists Dr. Lo’s liposuction cases on the regenerative medical side, RegenCen. Ambyr loves being able to help people feel their best.
Kolleen knew she’d found her career calling here when she met an advancing, experienced group of medical and aesthetic clinicians who offer clinical treatments to help people live better, look better and feel better. “I walked in to my dream job,” she says.
As CSLC Master Provider, Master Injector and Aesthetic Consultant in our Traverse City location, she thrives on educating patients on new techniques, products and procedures that help them reach their goals.

Danielle joined our team at Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center in 2019. She was born and raised in Santa Cruz, California before moving to Traverse City. Prior to joining us at CSLC, she honed her skills in Wedding / Event coordinating and attended NMC.
A vital part of our team, Danielle assists our nurse injectors and PA's and helps expedite and optimize patient experience at CSLC.
She is an experienced phlebotomist and assists with PRP & PRF treatments, hormone testing and IV's.
When not working, you'll find Danielle with her animals (including a bengal cat named Gatsby, chickens, and tropical fish), long-distance running, gardening, kayaking, or with family and friends. Hardworking, dependable, and always positive, we're grateful to have Danielle on our team.
Master Aestheticians
From the moment she graduated from Tricoci University of Beauty Culture, Paige knew she wanted to work at Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center. As an Aesthetician and Laser Specialist in Traverse City, Paige’s passion for aesthetics comes from the satisfaction of patients who tell her their visits have been life changing.
“To make people feel beautiful and give them the confidence they never knew they could have is what drives me, whether it’s removing facial hair, helping transgender patients with their transitions, doing skin transformations with Morpheus 8, or offering help with cystic acne,” Paige says. "The self-esteem boost is the best. It's changing lives."
Paige assists with many of our PRP injections and PRF injections at both RegenCen and CSLC. And she assists Dr. Lo with liposuction, FaceTite, and Laser Lift. Paige is a certified in Coolsculpting Elite provider as well.

Jensen was born and raised in Traverse City and we were fortunate to have her join our CSLC team after graduating with her esthetician's license from Douglas J. Aveda in Grand Rapids.
At a very young age, Jensen knew she wanted a career helping people, and her passion lies in seeing how instantaneously she can make someone feel happier with themselves. She finds fulfillment in aesthetics by achieving the best result and also making her clients feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

Nina Kortz, our talented Aesthetician and Facialist, graduated with a degree in Merchandising and Marketing from Western Michigan University before pursuing her true passion of aesthetics. Nina is a passionate facialist with a specialized approach in customizing treatment plans for her patient’s individual and diverse skincare needs. Within her passion for the industry, she strives to better herself through continual education and training, in order to share and enjoy the exciting advancements with her patients.
Outside of work, she's a huge softie for rescue animals, and owns two dogs: a Great Dane mix, Gimlet, a Blue Heeler mix, Delilah, and a Siamese cat, Sweet Cakes. And she loves everything outside from gardening in the summer to hitting the slopes in the winter. 🙂

Our Front Office Director Carly Revard holds her Bachelors in Psychology from Endicott College in Massachusetts and has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, Carly’s background and positive, goals-driven personality makes her the perfect person to direct our Front Office teams in Michigan and Florida.
Out of the office, Carly loves traveling, running, mountain biking, volleyball, and being active. She's a happy mom to her pup Joanie and she lives with her and her husband in TC.
Chelsea was such a welcome addition to our Traverse City Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center and RegenCen teams in 2022.
Originally from central Michigan, she moved to Traverse City over 10 years ago and gained a wealth of expertise in customer experience in the service industry.
She loves to be one of the first people clients see to welcome them, and then loves getting to see them leave thrilled post-treatment.
She's always had a keen eye and interest in the aesthetic industry, and is learning the best products and treatments that give the results clients are looking for - and getting to see the results firsthand doesn't hurt!
When Chelsea's not working, she's usually home reading a book or outside with her sweet pups Ava & Mia.

Kendra, our Lead Clent Coordinator and Medical Aesthetician, grew up in Traverse City, and has a B.A. in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University.
Prior to joining us at CSLC / RegenCen, she worked in the Health Club and Spa at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa, and most recently she was the wedding sales and service manager there.
After leaving the spa at the resort, she realized her passion was more aesthetically oriented and she truly loved the atmosphere of being in a spa and being around people who also are interested in general wellness and health. She also loves being face to face and interacting with our clients in order to help them be the best version of themselves!
Out of the office, Kendra loves being with friends, exploring restaurants around the area, and taking her paddle board out in the summer months.
Lauren joined Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center | RegenCen in 2024 as our Lead Client Coordinator in our Traverse City office.
The first friendly face you may see walking in the door, Lauren is from Petoskey Michigan, where she was raised and went to high school.
She graduated from GVSU Honors College in 2020 with a BBA in Supply Chain Management. She has professional experience in logistics and management as well as procurement and operations. Lauren worked in the health and wellness industries while discovering her love for aesthetics - and leading our front office is the perfect way to combine her organizational strengths with the beauty and regenerative industries.
Lauren loves making sure everyone feels heard and taken care of, while still being efficient and organized, and her passion to help individuals to look and feel their best aligns perfectly with CSLC & RegenCen.
Outside of the office, you'll find Lauren hiking, strength training, running, reading, taking coffee walks with her frenchie Tuna, and making fun recipes at home.

Kelly joined Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center in 2007, bringing her expertise in business management to her role as Regional Aesthetic Consultant in Michigan and head of Vendor Relations. With nearly two decades of experience and a confident approach, Kelly is often the first point of contact at Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center & RegenCen, where she guides clients through their aesthetic and regenerative journeys.
Serving clients throughout northern Michigan and in Bloomfield Hills or Birmingham, Michigan, Kelly is known for her artistic eye and client-centered consultations. Originally from Louisville, KY, Leslie worked bicoastally in the beauty industry on both the east coast NYC and west coast LA markets before making the move to northern Michigan. Her ambition and passion for the beauty and skincare industries, along with her attention to detail within both project and creative management, make her a part of what makes our Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center team thrive.
As Communication Integration Manager of CSLC and RegenCen, Christine Bowers is an essential part of our patients’ experiences with both centers in Traverse City and Petoskey.
Christine schedules every single appointment, ensuring our daily and weekly routines run efficiently and smoothly.
Often a patient’s first point of contact, she helps answer questions, address concerns, and calmly educate patients on what to expect during their first consultation. From phones, to text messages, to email inquiries, Christine juggles the various ways our patients reach out to schedule their treatments.
With a background and degree in hospitality, Christine brings extensive experience in planning and organizing large conferences and events—skills that help her manage all our executive communications.
She loves talking with new patients who are excited to get their first treatment, and chatting with patients who call, post-treatment, simply to express their gratitude.
“One lady, who was in her 60s, called two weeks after her treatment, and she was so happy she was almost in tears,” Christine says.

Chelsea graduated with her Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University in 2021 and her Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from University of Central Florida in 2016.
Her professional history has been grounded on Operations and Human Resources with an emphasis on growing teams - and she's instrumental in keeping our team cohesive as we grow. Chelsea has been working in the Aesthetics industry since 2018 and Human Resources and Operations since 2016.
Chelsea's always had a passion for all things beauty and aesthetics and enjoys the Aesthetics industry because of the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives by improving their confidence and overall wellbeing.
She is talented in process improvement and development, along with helping in smooth operations while boosting company culture. Chelsea loves to take processes that “work” and turn them into processes that help the entire team excel.
Chelsea lives with her husband in Florida currently but is excited to join family in Traverse City in the coming months. Reese joined us as Director of Brand Strategy & Creative in 2023 after years of being our consultant and helping to guide branding decisions with the growth of the practice. Alongside her passion for the aesthetic industry, she has deep knowledge of writing for client acquisition, branding, website design, and planning for financial success.
A graduate of Missouri’s School of Journalism, Reese has spent the past 15 years combining her writing background with powerful strategic design techniques to help hundreds of global small business owners, some of whom have seen products sell out and achieved a 4x boost in revenue.
She has also designed a website for RegenCen, designed a website and book cover for the New York Times bestselling author Chris Guillebeau, and worked as the book cover and website design partner for author Bernadette Jiwa.
Reese’s work has appeared in numerous publications and podcasts including Forbes, Entrepreneur, Business Insider, Thrive Global, Entrepreneurs on Fire Podcast, the Email Einstein Podcast, ProBlogger, Ecommerce Badasserey, and Proof to Product.
Kurt Goldsby joined us in 2023 as our CFO. A Hope College Graduate, He was previously an Audit Manager at Plante Moran leading engagements across a variety of industries and a Corp Controller & Head of Risk Management at Motus Integrated Technologies. He's also Volunteer CFO at All Worthy of Love (anti human trafficking non-profit). Kurt specializes in leadership, complicated financial transactions, treasury, and forecasting.
Kurt enjoys his career at CSLC because of our world class team and our continuing ability to provide an unparalleled quality and experience for our patients. Outside of the office, Kurt loves spending time with his family (wife and 2 kids – 6 year old girl and 2 year old boy), travel, photography, hockey, and employing leadership across all facets in life. We're so grateful to have Kurt not only as our CFO, but as our trusted leader in the office.
Colin Pulte joined us in 2024 as Vice President of Corporate Development. Previously, Colin has held leadership roles in corporate development and M&A and several private equity-backed companies and has closed more than 70 transactions over the course of his career.
Outside of the office, Colin loves spending time with his family (wife and 9-month-old son), hockey, golf, and summer in Northern Michigan. Colin earned his undergraduate degree from Miami University and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
