Sarah Schornak, MA, is the clinical leader behind the aesthetic standards that define every patient experience at Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center (CSLC). As Aesthetic Standards and Training Director, she helps shape how advanced facials, chemical peels, physician-guided skincare, advanced laser treatments, and regenerative aesthetics are provided throughout Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center, ensuring every patient receives safe, consistent, and natural-looking results.
Since joining Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center in 2008, Sarah has helped shape the clinical culture that has made CSLC a trusted leader in aesthetic medicine. As a Master Aesthetician with nearly two decades of experience, she is passionate about education, mentorship, and helping every provider deliver exceptional care with confidence, consistency, and attention to detail.
Sarah leads aesthetic education through CSLC University, where she develops training programs, mentors clinical teams, and oversees the implementation of advanced treatment protocols. From customized facials and chemical peels to physician-guided skincare, advanced laser treatments, collagen-stimulating treatments, and regenerative aesthetics, she helps ensure every service reflects the high standards that have defined Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center for decades.
Working alongside physicians, nurse practitioners, physician associates, and medical aestheticians, Sarah continually refines treatment protocols, supports clinical innovation, and helps bring new technologies and techniques into practice across every CSLC and RegenCen location. Her leadership creates a seamless experience for both providers and patients, ensuring the same exceptional level of care from one clinic to the next.
While patients may not always meet Sarah personally, her influence is part of every visit. From the education that empowers CSLC providers to the standards that guide every treatment, her commitment to excellence helps patients feel confident they’re receiving thoughtful, personalized care and beautiful, natural-looking results.
