Courtney Lo, PA, is a renowned leader in the aesthetics industry and the visionary CEO and Founder of Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center (CSLC), established in 2001 with Gustav Lo, MD. With over two decades of experience, Courtney seamlessly combines her medical expertise with an artistic eye, transforming CSLC into a nationally recognized aesthetic and regenerative medical practice.

Known for her unwavering dedication to clients and passion for empowering women, Courtney inspires a dedicated team of skilled providers committed to helping individuals in Michigan and Florida achieve their optimal appearance and health. Under her leadership, CSLC has consistently set the standard for excellence in aesthetic services, earning prestigious accolades such as being the first Platinum Level Botox and Juvederm Provider in northern Michigan since 2004.

CSLC pioneered multiple services in Michigan including BodyTite, PRF, and regenerative aesthetics. Her commitment to innovation led to co-founding RegenCen in 2020, a secondary brand of CSLC devoted to menopause treatments, hormone balancing, vaginal rejuvenation, weight loss and regenerative medicine. Dr. Gustav Lo, MD, is the Chief Medical Officer and Founder of RegenCen and Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center (CSLC) which he established in 2001 with Courtney Lo, PA. With over 30 years of experience as a physician and a passion for innovation, Dr. Lo has transformed CSLC and RegenCen into a nationally recognized medical practice focused on optimizing healthspan.

Early in his career, Dr. Lo founded Northern Michigan MedCenter, a network of primary care and urgent care centers that he operated for 30 years, during which time the centers provided care to over 1 million patients. His leadership and experience in primary care continue to inform his holistic approach to health and wellness at RegenCen/CSLC.

Driven by his passion for optimizing healthspan and lifespan, Dr. Lo founded RegenCen in 2020, a division of CSLC. At RegenCen he leads and trains a dedicated team of medical professionals in bioidentical hormone therapy, regenerative treatments for arthritis, mobility and pain like PRF injections, NAD+ therapy, and comprehensive weight loss solution. Dr. Lo remains deeply engaged in every aspect of clinical practice and deeply committed to educating and helping women through midlife and menopause. Spreading the word one community at a time, he enjoys giving lectures, empowering women and sharing clinical proof of BHRT.

Dr. Lo is renowned for offering innovative, nonsurgical cosmetic treatments such as Smartlipo laser-assisted liposuction, nonsurgical facelifts using FaceTite, Laser Lift, and Thread Lift, as well as comprehensive body contouring solutions. His meticulous approach has allowed him to perform thousands of liposuction procedures and minimally invasive FaceTite and Laser Lifts.

Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Lo is a father of four, an avid reader, has an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and loves scuba diving.

Kurt is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center | RegenCen, a leading provider of medical aesthetics and anti-aging treatments. Kurt brings a wealth of experience in financial management, strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, investor relations, and operations. Kurt and his team oversee the financial health and growth of CSLC, financial analysis and reporting, provide useful business intelligence to the operations team to make all CSLC locations the best medical aesthetic clinics in the nation, and developing key vendor relationships. Kurt, in partnership with the rest of the leadership team, is responsible for the strategic vision and execution of CSLC’s growth and initiatives.

Before joining CSLC, Kurt has held senior financial leadership roles for the past 10 years serving different industries, where he successfully managed financial operations, improved financial processes, and spearheaded long-term growth initiatives. His expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, and mergers and acquisitions has contributed to CSLC’s robust financial stability and its expansion.

A graduate of Hope College with a degree in Accounting, Kurt also holds a CPA certification. Outside of work, Kurt is passionate about his family (Wife – Julie, Children – Jack & Emma), travel, photography, quality time with friends, church, exercise, Red Wings Hockey, and working with young business professionals to grow themselves and their careers.

In his role at CSLC, Kurt is committed to driving sustainable financial growth while ensuring operational efficiency, enabling the company to continue delivering exceptional services to its patients.

We are proud to have Dr. Charles M. Boyd as our Aesthetic Chief Medical Officer at Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center. Since opening his practice, Dr. Charles M. Boyd has earned an excellent reputation, both nationally and internationally, for a holistic approach, quality results, and outstanding patient care. Dr. Boyd is a graduate of Harvard Medical School and the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. He completed his undergraduate education at Howard University where he graduated at the top of his class, Phi Beta Kappa, and Summa Cum Laude in just three years.

Board-certified by the highly elite American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Dr. Boyd is also a diplomate of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is also board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr. Boyd has experience as a full-time faculty member at the University of Michigan for over 14 years, serving as an assistant professor in the Departments of Dermatology and Otolaryngology. He has also served as the associate chief of staff of the University of Michigan Health System.

Dr. Boyd specializes in all aspects of surgical and nonsurgical facial rejuvenation including facelifts, brow and eye lifts, rhinoplasty (nose surgery), and neck lifts. He is also a specialist in cosmetic dermatology and laser surgery. A surgeon of extraordinary talents, Dr. Boyd has trained hundreds of top physicians throughout the United States and abroad on advanced injection techniques utilizing Botox, Juvéderm, and other minimally invasive modalities. He is also one of a select group of physicians involved in several research studies including FDA trials to test and evaluate cosmetic products created for consumer use.

As one of the most prominent practitioners in the industry, Dr. Charles Boyd is continually evolving the practice and the portfolio of aesthetic treatments and procedures offered. He is also the #1 preferred Silhouette InstaLift provider in the State of Michigan. To further distinguish him from other surgeons, Dr. Boyd achieved black diamond AND now Allergan Top 50 status which distinguishes him in the top 1% of Allergan providers nationwide. He also received Galderma Presidential Elite, setting BOYD apart as one of the top practices in the nation.

An avid humanitarian, Dr. Boyd serves on the board of Bethany Kids, a non-profit organization that provides healthcare to children in East Africa. He devotes at least two weeks of every year to volunteer with World Medical Missions to perform cleft lip and cleft palate surgeries on children in Kenya. During the two weeks, he spends there each year he and his team perform more than 100 procedures.

Highly respected and widely admired, Dr. Boyd is routinely invited to present cosmetic surgery lectures throughout the United States and internationally. Dr. Boyd has published his research in several medical and surgical journals and has authored book chapters on cosmetic surgery. He has been featured in numerous media outlets and newspapers including the Wall Street Journal, Boston Globe, and The Washington Post. Dr. Boyd also frequently appears on television and radio educating the public about cosmetic surgery. As a result of his ongoing clinical research and teaching, Dr. Boyd evaluates many emerging technologies, bringing only the best and latest innovations to his patients.

Colin joined our team in 2024 as Vice President of Corporate Development, bringing over a decade of experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic growth, and private equity. With more than 70 successful transactions completed throughout his career, Colin has helped scale high-performing healthcare and wellness companies across the country. He earned his undergraduate degree from Miami University and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Michigan. Colin’s leadership ensures CSLC & RegenCen continue expanding with intention while delivering the personalized, high-quality care our clients trust.

Colin leads strategic development across Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center | RegenCen locations nationally — including Bloomfield Hills, Birmingham, Detroit, and Ann Arbor, Michigan, as well as Lake Mary, Winter Park, and Vero Beach, Florida. His efforts help bring advanced aesthetic treatments, regenerative medicine, and hormone optimization services to these communities and beyond — ensuring more patients have access to trusted providers and transformative care. Colin loves spending summers in northern Michigan, and under his direction, our growth remains focused on making it easier than ever to look and feel your best — wherever you are.

Chelsea brings nearly a decade of experience in Human Resources and Operations, with a specialized focus in the aesthetics industry since 2018. With a strong foundation in process improvement and team development, she plays an integral role in fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture across all Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center | RegenCen locations. Chelsea’s passion for aesthetics stems from her belief in the power of confidence — and her dedication to supporting both clients and staff shines through in every aspect of her leadership.

As Human Resources Director, Chelsea drives the operational excellence and team culture that power CSLC & RegenCen locations in Winter Park, Lake Mary, Traverse City, and Bloomfield Hills to name a few. Her work behind the scenes ensures that every patient experiences smooth scheduling, welcoming service, and consistent, top-tier care — whether they're seeking aesthetic injectables, skin rejuvenation, hormone optimization, or medical weight loss.
