Dr. Gustav Lo, MD, is the Chief Medical Officer and Founder of RegenCen and Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center (CSLC) which he established in 2001 with Courtney Lo, PA. With over 30 years of experience as a physician and a passion for innovation, Dr. Lo has transformed CSLC and RegenCen into a nationally recognized medical practice focused on optimizing healthspan.
Early in his career, Dr. Lo founded Northern Michigan MedCenter, a network of primary care and urgent care centers that he operated for 30 years, during which time the centers provided care to over 1 million patients. His leadership and experience in primary care continue to inform his holistic approach to health and wellness at RegenCen/CSLC.
Driven by his passion for optimizing healthspan and lifespan, Dr. Lo founded RegenCen in 2020, a division of CSLC. At RegenCen he leads and trains a dedicated team of medical professionals in bioidentical hormone therapy, regenerative treatments for arthritis, mobility and pain like PRF injections, NAD+ therapy, and comprehensive weight loss solution. Dr. Lo remains deeply engaged in every aspect of clinical practice and deeply committed to educating and helping women through midlife and menopause. Spreading the word one community at a time, he enjoys giving lectures, empowering women and sharing clinical proof of BHRT.

We are proud to have Dr. Charles M. Boyd as our Aesthetic Chief Medical Officer at Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center. Since opening his practice, Dr. Charles M. Boyd has earned an excellent reputation, both nationally and internationally, for a holistic approach, quality results, and outstanding patient care. Dr. Boyd is a graduate of Harvard Medical School and the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. He completed his undergraduate education at Howard University where he graduated at the top of his class, Phi Beta Kappa, and Summa Cum Laude in just three years.
Board-certified by the highly elite American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Dr. Boyd is also a diplomate of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is also board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
Dr. Boyd has experience as a full-time faculty member at the University of Michigan for over 14 years, serving as an assistant professor in the Departments of Dermatology and Otolaryngology. He has also served as the associate chief of staff of the University of Michigan Health System.
Dr. Boyd specializes in all aspects of surgical and nonsurgical facial rejuvenation including facelifts, brow and eye lifts, rhinoplasty (nose surgery), and neck lifts. He is also a specialist in cosmetic dermatology and laser surgery. A surgeon of extraordinary talents, Dr. Boyd has trained hundreds of top physicians throughout the United States and abroad on advanced injection techniques utilizing Botox, Juvéderm, and other minimally invasive modalities. He is also one of a select group of physicians involved in several research studies including FDA trials to test and evaluate cosmetic products created for consumer use.

During the two weeks, he spends there each year he and his team perform more than 100 procedures.
Highly respected and widely admired, Dr. Boyd is routinely invited to present cosmetic surgery lectures throughout the United States and internationally. Dr. Boyd has published his research in several medical and surgical journals and has authored book chapters on cosmetic surgery. He has been featured in numerous media outlets and newspapers including the Wall Street Journal, Boston Globe, and The Washington Post. Dr. Boyd also frequently appears on television and radio educating the public about cosmetic surgery. Wendy Najarian is a Physician Assistant and Medical Lead in our Bloomfield Hills, MI location.
She earned her Bachelor of Science at The University of Michigan In Ann Arbor and received her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Wayne State University in Detroit. After working in Internal Medicine and Dermatology, Wendy has brought her expertise and experience to CSLC / RegenCen.
Wendy's passion for this industry stems from the reward of helping others achieve the harmony of feeling their healthy youthful self on both the inside and outside so life can be more enjoyable. She is a caring and thoughtful provider who is experienced in discussing and creating optimized treatment plans for an individual to achieve both their regenerative and aesthetic goals.
Wendy currently resides in Bloomfield Hills. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, golf and traveling with family and friends.
Crystal Kherkher, PA-C is from From Troy, Michigan. She graduated from Oakland University with a Health Science Bachelors in Rochester, Michigan, then graduated with her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois.
Crystal worked at a top 10 Allergan account in Southern California, then transitioned to Northern California as a Lead Clinician for a Plastic Surgery and Dermatology practice.
She loves combining medicine with aesthetics in Bloomfield Hills and being able to positively directly impact peoples self-confidence, and her strengths are full facial and body balancing as well as skin rejuvenation treatments.

She loves being an aesthetician because there is always someone to help and always something new to learn. Kelsey is proud to be our Master Aesthetician in both our Bloomfield and Fenton, MI locations.

Kathryn joined Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center & RegenCen in 2024 as our Vice President of Marketing. With over a decade of experience in brand management and marketing leadership, Kathryn has successfully transformed iconic brands and built new ones from the ground up. Her expertise spans both client-side and agency roles, having worked with industry giants like Tyson (Ball Park, Hillshire Farm), Unilever (Hellmann’s, Wish-bone, Knorr), and Procter & Gamble (Olay). She also spent four years at McCann Worldgroup, leading advertising strategies for General Motors’ CarBravo. Prior to her marketing career, Kathryn worked as a quality manufacturing engineer at Dell and Motorola.
Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Marketing from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business. She also studied abroad in England at Middlesex University and in Germany at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management. Living in Birmingham, MI, near our Bloomfield Hills / Birmingham office, Kathryn brings her extensive expertise to CSLC & RegenCen, expanding our presence across Michigan and Florida.

She discovered her love for aesthetics at Beauty School but also studied Fashion Merchandising at Wayne State University. Marissa has eight years of customer service experience - including being a retail Assistant Store Manager as well as a Fashion Merchandiser.
Marissa loves seeing someone see themselves in a new light after helping them, and how the smallest change can create such a big impact. Making people laugh and feel comfortable is her biggest strength and she always wants everyone to feel like their best friend is with them when she's helping them.
Outside of the office, Marissa loves reading, going on walks and going out to dinner / dancing with her friends. She has a kitty named Wren who is the love of her life and she's super close to her family.
