Erectile Dysfunction (ED) Treatment
At RegenCen, the regenerative medical division of Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center, the cornerstone of our ED treatment is platelet-rich fibrin injections (the updated P-Shot®)
The E² Shot (2nd generation P-Shot or Priapus Shot) helps erections for men of all ages.
A fast, pain-free, in-office procedure, the E² Shot gives:
What is a P-Shot?
The P-Shot is an in office treatment that involves drawing your blood, spinning it in a centrifuge and injection your platelet-rich plasma into the penis. The growth factors from the platelet-rich plasma improve blood flow, new blood vessel growth and cellular regeneration. The P-Shot was the first generation platelet therapy for erectile dysfunction.
E² Shot (PRF injection) vs P-Shot (PRP injection)
PRF doesn't have an anticoagulant so it stays in the tissue longer when it is injection. Since it is more slowly absorbed, the body is able to take advantage of the growth factors for longer. PRF triggers more blood flow, which essentially gets better results than PRP. Dr. Gustav Lo was originally certified in PShot but quickly advanced to PRF injections at RegenCen.
“I noticed a difference at 40 but I didn’t want to take ED drugs if I didn’t have to. This will be my go-to treatment. Thank you!”

How the E² Shot (PRF for Erectile Enhancement) Works
30-MINUTE PROCEDURE
After a quick in-office blood draw to extract some of your own natural PRF (platelet-rich fibrin), we topically and locally numb the penis. Then your platelets are injected to stimulate cell growth and blood tissue response.
FAST RESULTS
Most men notice more effortless, longer-lasting erections. Sex can resume immediately and you should expect more satisfying orgasms. Some results are immediate and some improve over the course of 3-4 weeks.
REPEAT 1-2 TIMES A YEAR
Results are long-lasting. For ongoing results, many men repeat PRF treatments for every 6-12 months.
For improved size, men opt for 3 treatments one month apart.
