Max Vicario
Max is a Senior Financial Analyst at Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center (CSLC) and RegenCen, bringing a strong foundation in financial strategy and data-driven decision-making to the Leadership Team. A graduate of Case Western Reserve University, Max earned his degree in 2022 while competing on the university’s Men’s Tennis Team. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Fifth Third Securities in Charlotte, supporting sell-side M&A processes for middle-market companies within the Consumer and Retail sector. Drawn to CSLC & RegenCen’s dynamic and patient-focused culture, Max joined the organization in September 2024 to help shape its continued growth and success.
Max plays a key role in guiding financial and operational strategy for high-performing CSLC & RegenCen locations such as Bloomfield Hills, East Lansing, Naples, and Palm Beach to name a few. His ability to synthesize complex financial data into executive-level insights helps fuel expansion, optimize performance, and support leadership in strategic decision-making. As CSLC & RegenCen continue to scale across Michigan and Florida, Max remains focused on driving results, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to the organization’s long-term success in the competitive aesthetic and regenerative healthcare landscape.
