VP Marketing

Kathryn Brown joined us as our VP of Marketing in 2024. She is a natural leader with a wealth of knowledge across both client-side and agency. Her experience ranges from transforming iconic brands to building new brands from the ground up, and she’s the perfect person to propel Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center | RegenCen forward through this next stage of growth.

Before joining us, she spent ten years in brand management for successful, prominent brands – Tyson (Ball Park, Hillshire Farm), Unilever (Hellmann’s, Wish-bone, Knorr) Procter & Gamble (Olay) – and four years at advertising agency McCann Worldgroup (General Motors’ CarBravo). Prior to marketing, she was a quality manufacturing Engineer, working for both Dell and Motorola.

Kathryn holds her undergraduate degree from Bachelor of Science and Engineering from University of Michigan and her MBA in Marketing from Carnegie Mellon University – Tepper School of Business. She also studied abroad in England: Middlesex University and Germany: WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.

Kathryn lives in Birmingham, near our Bloomfield Hills office, with her husband and two kids, Elia and Wesley, and her pup, Molly. She loves making Pa Brown’s maple syrup on her family’s maple tree farm in Northport, MI, cheering on the Wolverines at U of M football games, and spending time with friends and family.
