Luke earned his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business, where he studied Finance with a specialization in Alternative Assets and minored in Philosophy. His professional experience includes internships in growth equity, private wealth management, and private equity at Incline Equity Partners. Prior to joining CSLC & RegenCen full-time in 2025, Luke interned with the company under a financial planning and analysis (FP&A) role.
Having grown up around the aesthetic and regenerative medicine industry, Luke has seen firsthand how these services can be truly life-changing. It’s not just about helping people look better — it’s about helping them feel better in ways that go far beyond the mirror. That combination is what fuels his passion for expanding access to CSLC & RegenCen’s offerings. In his role on the corporate development team, Luke is driven by the opportunity to help bring these services to more communities through thoughtful, strategic growth.

He also plays a key role in maintaining long-term, collaborative partnerships with practices—ensuring alignment, support, and mutual growth post-acquisition.
