As we head into a new year, I keep thinking about how fast time moves. It’s hard to believe we’re entering our 25th year. Like yesterday, I remember seeing patients out of one small room in Petoskey, MI. Still today, we see many of the same faces (and their now grown kids!). That sense of connection has never left us – it’s really the heart of who we are.
When we opened in 2001, our mission was simple: help people look and feel their best at every stage of life. The mission remains the same, but the science, research, and treatments available today have expanded remarkably.
A patient just reminded me that I used to say, “When there’s a treatment that firms and tightens skin on the body, I’ll let you know.” It felt like we waited forever. Now we can treat that, and so many concerns I never imagined would someday have real solutions.
In the year ahead, you’ll hear us talk even more about being your trusted place for aging well and living well. We continue to define this entire category of care.
This is the future of aging well – and Dr. Lo and I are deeply committed to continuing this work with you.
